    Greetings & Salutations, Erik!

what a gutsy thing to do, to blog about your transitioning.

Don’t know if I’m talking nonsense here, but I would imagine that, at this point (at the latest!), when you have to go through all sorts of psychiatric sessions, calling around to see whether you can finally get an appointment, and all this waiting (!!), nobody in their right mind could doubt that this guy is serious and knows what he’s doing.

(Good grief, what kind of a run-on sentence did I just write there… 🙂 )

Guess you know what I mean anyway, Erik. Actually, all I really wanted to say is: Respect!

    Hugs,

    Martina

  2. @Martina Weber Yup, doctor already said as much, halfway through the talk, that getting the green light wouldn’t be a problem. But protocol demands three sessions. Transitioning is, in the end a failry invasive and life-altering process, so if they screw up and send someone through who can’t deal, or isn’t too sure, it’s their ass on the line. So I get it, but it’s still frustrating, mainly because the in between wait list was so long. It should go faster now.
